## Storage overage

If a paid workspace exceeds its included 5 TB, we automatically add storage in
**1 TB increments for $25/month**. Existing files remain accessible and
downloadable even when over the included limit.

### What is Playbook?
Playbook is your creative HQ — a visual-first space to store, organize,
preview, and share files (images, video, docs, and more). It supports solo
freelancers, agencies, and global teams.

### How do Pro, Team, and Business plans differ?
- **Pro** — solo freelancers or small projects that need powerful storage and
  advanced sharing.
- **Team** — small or growing teams that need flexible permissions,
  collaboration, and AI-powered features (search, tagging, etc.).
- **Business** — large and global teams that need org-ready controls:
  unlimited members, view-only roles, SSO, white-glove onboarding, and
  API/SDK access.

### Do plans apply per workspace or per account?
Plans apply **per workspace** you own. Owners of multiple workspaces can
manage and bill them independently.

### Is there a Playbook mobile or desktop app?
Yes — web, iOS, and Android. A Desktop Sync app is available
(https://www.playbook.com/desktop/); two-way syncing is on paid plans only.

### Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Open your workspace's **Settings → Billing** to view and change the
current plan. Changes take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

### What happens if I reach my storage limit?
- **Free**: capped at 300 total assets or 100 GB storage, whichever first.
  Upgrade to keep adding files.
- **Pro / Team / Business**: keep working without interruption — overage adds
  storage automatically in 1 TB increments at $25/month. Existing files
  remain accessible.

### What file types does Playbook support?
Most common formats: images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, TIFF), video (MP4, MOV,
AVI), audio (MP3, WAV), documents (PDF, PSD, AI), and more.

### Are there any upload/download limits?
- **Free**: up to 300 files; videos up to 2 GB each; 10 GB per download
  session.
- **Pro**: no upload limit; 100 GB per download session.
- **Team / Business**: no upload limit; 1000 GB per download session.

### What are mini-apps?
Built-in tools made available inside your workspace through partnerships
(Photoroom, Picsart, etc.). **Included in Pro, Team, and Business**.

### How secure is Playbook?
Encryption at rest, two-factor authentication, secure backups, and malware
scanning. Industry-standard encryption keeps files private unless explicitly
shared.
