I have a crippling chronic condition called Fibromyalgia, where your brain interprets all stimuli it receives as pain. There is no cure. I became an artist to process the new world I now live in.
I think about how a woman's body is a battlefield, fought over by societies for centuries long, and how we carry that pain in our bodies.
In a new universe, those same centres of pain become eyes looking back at the world, with a defiant fist. Behind her, she carries a vortex. SHE is all-consuming.
