I had a great day at the Vietnam Airlines London Office with my family. We went there to get assistance with our luggage allowance and to inquire about possible airline modifications. We were immediately made to feel welcome by the smiling staff.  They paid close attention and provided us with the best answers. We had no issues, and the transaction was quick. Everything was explained in an easy-to-understand manner. The office was very clean and quiet, and the service was great. I will definitely return for more travel assistance.
