Spirit Airlines BWI Terminal seat service was simple but effective. I chose a basic seat, which was adequate for a brief journey but had little legroom. Although it was more expensive, the "Big Front Seat" option appeared to be much more comfy with more room. Having a travel pillow was helpful because the seats don't recline and there isn't much padding. Spirit operates on an extremely low-cost basis, so it's best to have reasonable expectations and think about upgrading for more comfort.
