Less cult building, more product building. We don’t want a company mission that sounds like propaganda, nor do we want company values the founders don’t actually live by. We’re all about maker culture. We experiment and share results quickly, embrace failures and imperfection and enjoy the process of building something extraordinary. We care deeply about the personal growth of every team member. We’ve seen too many people end up trapped moving through the ranks, or losing their sense of purpose once they stopped feeling challenged in their jobs. Instead, we will make it our mission to help you become the best in the world at what you do. We will support you in new roles (even if you’re trying something you weren’t hired for), and we will be your strongest allies for the rest of your career. We love freedom and we believe it’s necessary for creativity. After we left our jobs, we tried various routines to find a more productive and healthier version of ourselves. Most people don’t have the luxury to take time off work to find theirs. So while our company is small, we want to cultivate an exploratory environment. Working from home, or at unusual hours are all on the table. We aim to build a profitable and sustainable business that will last many years. We’re serious about delivering a great experience to our customers, staying competitive, and becoming a leader in our industry. With the right people, we believe we can both build a successful business and enjoy this journey together for many years to come.

Our Culture

Our Team

Our mission is to connect every creative around the world through their files.

#PlaybookTeam

We've all been there. As a creative person, you pour your heart and soul into your work, delicately building and refining, up to the moment you release it into the world. But along the way, there’s an ever-present risk that this precious work could be lost or buried far off somewhere in Dropbox.ㅤCreative files are different than .xls or .docx. For one thing, they're visual. A preview says a thousand words, way more than a file name. Also, there are multiple source files associated with that JPEG, relationships that traditional file systems fail to incorporate. Not to mention handling duplicates, different resolutions, different formats, revisions..etc. No wonder Jane from Finance can't find that template that the design team spent hours putting together.ㅤPlaybook is not just another clunky enterprise DAM platform.ㅤFor teams, it acts as a beautiful, organized home base for all creative work. For individuals, there's finally a better way to manage all of those old projects with tagged search. This simple, powerful platform presents thumbnails of every file type, from PSDs to INDDs, onto easily scannable, searchable, organized boards. Playbook changes the way creatives work.

Our Mission

Meet the people behind Playbook: An all-in-one media platform designed for individuals and creative teams.

Our logo lockup should always be surrounded by a minimum margin of clear space. In this example, the width of the letter K is equal to ✖. A margin equivalent to ✖ is drawn around it to create the minimum clear space. In very large scale uses of the wordmark, the clear space can go down to 1⁄2✖.

We believe consistency builds trust, but delight builds love. That’s why every application of our brand—whether it’s a single icon or a full-page takeover—should feel unmistakably Playbook. Clean, curious, and quietly confident.

How the Bang & Olufsen brand is perceived is vital. It is in the brand experiences we create that we reinforce our values and reveal who we are to the world. What characterises our products is a unique combination of beautiful sound, timeless design, and unrivalled craftsmanship.

Insert your bio here! My journey in design began at a young age, fueled by a fascination with how aesthetics and functionality merge in everyday objects. I pursued formal education in industrial design, where I honed my skills in user-centered design and learned the importance of empathy in creating products that not only look great but also solve real-world problems effectively. Today, as I continue to grow in my career, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what design can achieve, constantly seeking innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and bring joy to their lives.

These are examples of misuses of the symbols.

Use this section as your guide to putting Playbook’s brand into motion. Whether you’re designing a feature, writing a tweet, or making a deck for a client, we’ve outlined examples and principles to help you bring Playbook to life in a way that feels true to who we are.

In cases where the symbol needs to separate from the wordmark lockup, we can pair our wordmark and symbol within a layout. In most cases, the height of the symbol matches the height of the entire wordmark. In very large scale applications, the height of the symbol matches the height of “BOOK.”

Playbook is playful, imaginative, and a little eccentric—in the best way. We embrace curiosity and celebrate offbeat creativity. From clever copy to unexpected

MINIMAL, BUT FULL OF PERSONALITYOur UI favors a clean layout with lots of breathing room. Typography is functional but friendly, and our icons bring subtle whimsy. Playbook’s interface should always feel lightweight and easy to explore.

Playbook isn’t just a logo and a palette—it’s an experience. The magic happens when the brand lives out in the world: in interfaces, Instagram carousels, clever ad copy, and the delightful rhythm of a well-built deck. This section captures how Playbook shows up across different touchpoints.

ideas,we pivot with intention and curiosity. Our agility isn’t just speed—it’s a commitment to learning, listening, and always improving.

Our double thumbs-up symbol is the primary expression of our brand. It is born from the familiar utilitarian visual language of a designer’s toolbox. The symbol appears with approachable line strokes and echoes the affirmative and empowering spirit of the Playbook brand.

Our mission is to connect every creative around the world through their files!

We dream big, move fast, and hold ourselves to a high bar. Playbook is driven to build the best platform for creatives everywhere.

We’re not afraid to take risks, and we don’t drop the ball. Ambition fuels our momentum—and we bring our community along for the ride.

Our symbol should always be surrounded by a minimum margin of clear space. In this example, the width of the symbol is equal to 3✖. A margin equivalent to ✖ is drawn around it to create the minimum clear space.

COLOR AND CONTRASTColor is used intentionally: soft backgrounds, bold accents for action. We avoid oversaturating the interface. Instead, we use color to guide—not overwhelm—the user.

To effectively communicate this continuous pursuit of creating only the best, we need to practice it at all touchpoints. That is why we have defined our building blocks and how to use them so anyone can successfully create valuable and consistent brand experiences.

Our symbol is always used in Black to mirror the essence of a simple drawing. To ensure readability and contrast, the symbol size is adjusted based on the color of the background.

Our wordmark and symbol often appear as a lockup. The symbol acts as a way to punctuate the end of our brand name and add character.

NOTE ON THE GUIDELINESA brand guideline is never final. This an evolving document and we as a company and designers (hopefully) become wiser over time, slightly adjusting how we visualise our brand. Major changes will not happen overnight but do revisit from time to time to keep up to date with the current good examples and practices.

While we have fun, we never compromise on quality. Playbook is sharp, professional, and thoughtfully executed. From design systems to user experience,

we sweat the small stuff so creatives don’t have to. Every detail is considered—because excellence, clarity, and trust are built on precision and polish.

We stay flexible, open-minded, and responsive to change. Playbook evolves with its users, not ahead of them. Whether it’s rethinking features or reshaping
