More focused Conversations tab and more
A more focused Conversations tab 💬
We gave our Conversations tab a full tune-up to make it easier to follow what’s happening across your workspace. Comments and activities are now grouped more clearly by asset and board, so you can see context at a glance instead of piecing things together. You can also filter between updates or comment only, depending on what you need. The Conversations panel width is now adjustable to your preference.
Frame preview for videos 📹
You can now hover over the video timeline to preview any frame. It’s a small details that makes scanning through videos feels a lot faster and contextual.

We’ve added new templates in the gallery to help you put together things like brand guidelines, media kits or product portals in minutes with Publish. Check it out in Gallery Template and duplicate your favorite into your workspace to get started.
Refreshed toolbar in asset details ⚒️
When you open an asset, you’ll now see a new toolbar at the bottom with quick access to actions like zoom, crop, permalink and delete. The toolbar also updates based on the type of file you’re viewing, so you’ll only see the actions that matter.

Ever tried to find all the images from a specific shoot location? or figuring out who's on the team is working on what? Now you can.
With Custom fields, you can add any property to your asset in Playbook. Here's how it works:
💠 Go to Tags & Fields – Create or edit your custom fields.
💠 Apply to your assets – Go to any asset and apply fields like Location, Assignee,...
💠 Find things instantly – Simply search or filter by your fields inside a board.
💠 Batch apply – Select multiple assets and apply fields in one go.
Keep track of what matters–your way. Try it out now!
