🅗🅔🅡🅔'🅢 🅜🅨 🅢🅣🅞🅡🅨 🅢🅞 🅕🅐🅡...Hi I'm Ty AKA Duality. I'm a multidisciplinary designer, organizer, DJ, and brand owner based in Miami Beach, Florida. I've been always involved in the arts since the early age of 10, going to the artschool route all the way from middle school to college, where I studied design. Spent some time in Savannah Georgia at the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), graduating 2020 literal months before the pandemic. In the downtime I was designing a ton of flyers & branding for parties that were doing renegade, which got my foot in the door for getting involved for the local music community. From my time in the community and helping brand parties, I decided to take matters into my own hands and learn how to spin music & start curating my own parties which launched....🅟🅤🅑🅛🅘🅒 🅔🅝🅔🅡🅖🅨[PE] for short is my long term project on - "How dow celebrate art the same way we celebrate music?" It's my platform to borrow from the practices of the music industry & level the playing field for visual artists - A VISUAL LABEL to Self Release and Creatively Direct Artist's next big project. I'm gearing up to release 2 projects - One to test drive myself as DUALITY and for the visual art community called:ＡＲＴ ＆ ＤＥＳＩＧＮ ＨＥＬＬ （ＡＤＨ＃００１)[ADH] is going to be a self published art magazine that's released quarterly, to help platform, catalogue artwork and techniques that creatives may be exploring : separated from the pace of social media, at higher quality, free to download. The quarterly editions are a "Visual Combine" similar to a compilation album for music producers. Additionally solo editions of ADH will be released to help boost an artists next big project, beyond a physical exhibition, to keep their work in circulation.ⓌⒾⓉⒽ ⓉⒽⒾⓈ ⒼⓇⒶⓃⓉ⨀⨀⨀With this grant i'd love to use the grant to produce the first edition of ADH#001 & My book Reservations 24' to be the community and solo releases for Public Energy as a Visual Artist Platform. Being able to have ways to distribute and quality control artwork in the digital age is a huge passion, and I believe this is the best way forward. Attached in this board I have some links to use as distribution methods: Gumroad for digital & physical copies of the magazine & books + possibly local distributions between Dalé Zine & O'Miami.End game would be amazing to make an independent platform similar to Bandcamp for Visual Artists if all goes well.Cheers,-Ty [*]
