Where refined design meets effortless coastal living, blu captures the relaxed, sun-drenched spirit of Southern California. The project's inspiration stems from its incredible location, balancing the energy of nearby beaches with the serene, dramatic backdrop of the Saddleback Mountains. Built as a five-level modern oasis, the design focuses on bringing people together while celebrating the outdoors. Sweeping communal spaces, an open-air sky deck, and poolside cabanas erase the line between everyday routines and vacation days, giving residents a beautiful space to unwind and connect.
