I had a great time when I visited the Philippine Airlines Bangkok Office. The staff was pleasant and very understanding. They answered my inquiries about travel documents without hurrying. They made sure I understood and spoke intelligibly. The office was well-kept and had a pleasant vibe. Everything went nicely and swiftly. I felt more comfortable flying with Philippine Airlines as a result. It's among the greatest airline offices I've visited in Bangkok, in my opinion.
