Leslie’s career kicked off at Insomniac Events, contributing to major festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival, and later joining Adidas North America, where they managed influencer campaigns and product placements. In 2023, Leslie Co-Founded REGGAETONLANDIA, an immersive festival that blends Reggaeton with Latin EDM. Leslie introduced the “Monitas,” two 3D Latina characters, creating a unique identity for the festival.

To expand their creative vision, Leslie founded BuenaSuerte, a creative house focused on 3D Animation, Illustration, and Creative Direction. Now, Leslie is looking to secure $10,000 to complete the merging of REGGAETONLANDIA’s virtual and real-world experiences, offering a Disney-like journey for Latin culture fans. This funding would help bring the vision to life through original artworks, plush toys, and immersive digital experiences.
