Fairy tale Spanish houses. Built over generations, giant cacti climb the whitewashed walls, bougainvillea spills across the roofs. A maze of doors and windows and rainwater spouts surrounded by just about anything that might be needed one day. I am not sure what the cat is watching. The photo was taken in Andalusia near the tiny hamlet of Salpomo.
