“Traces” is a photo series by Faria Farooq about passing states of feeling, from happiness and sadness to hope and tranquility, with images such as Glimmer of hope and Bird in a Tapestry. It was entered in Playbook's 2025 Photo Competition, “Hidden in Plain Sight.”
