Here are the guidelines for Playbook Brand! Designed and created by Red Antler, New York.

Our logo lockup should always be surrounded by a minimum margin of clear space. In this example, the width of the letter K is equal to ✖. A margin equivalent to ✖ is drawn around it to create the minimum clear space. In very large scale uses of the wordmark, the clear space can go down to 1⁄2✖.

Playbook was created to give creative work the home it deserves—whether you’re a solo designer or a global brand. For too long, creatives have relied on cluttered, generic file systems that were never built for the type of work they do. Traditional DAMs were made for rigid processes and slow-moving teams. Playbook is different. We’re building a new standard: a polished, intuitive, and inspiring home for creative work—one that scales from freelancers to enterprise. This home isn’t just a place to store files—it’s the heart of creative inspiration. A space where ideas can

Playbook has the capacity and speed to ingest hundreds of thousands of files, and can keep them safe in its rock-solid storage system.

Assets We Love is a living archive of Playbook’s creative soul— gradients, illustrations, UI experiments, release notes, and visual gems that capture the spirit of our brand. It’s a place to browse, revisit, and get inspired by the building blocks of Playbook’s identity, from bold Punch Red explorations to quirky

Playbook wants to free creative teams to spend their time creating and celebrating great work – so whenever we have a chance to infuse fun into the experience and showcase your work in new ways, we jump on it.

Our primary brand color is Punch Red. When paired with our core palette, it provides an arresting combination of refinement and quirk.

Playbook’s brand comes alive on Instagram with the same polish, personality, and playfulness found in our product. From community events like Hidden in Plain Sight to our $100K Imagination Fund, we use gradients, hand-drawn elements, and our signature typefaces to turn announcements into creative moments.

Our secondary typeface, Victor Serif, is a modern and refined serif that elevates our brand.

we sweat the small stuff so creatives don’t have to. Every detail is considered—because excellence, clarity, and trust are built on precision and polish.

We believe consistency builds trust, but delight builds love. That’s why every application of our brand—whether it’s a single icon or a full-page takeover—should feel unmistakably Playbook. Clean, curious, and quietly confident.

Playbook ads show up with intention—bold, clean, and unmistakably creative. From launch campaigns like our mobile app debut on Product Hunt to city-wide takeovers during SF Design Week, we use our signature gradients, quirky typography, and visual wit to grab attention without shouting. During SF Design Week, Playbook took over BART, Muni, and Caltrain stations with

ads that felt more like mini art installations than tech promotions. Even our billboard by the highway played it cool—thoughtfully designed to stop a scroll or a speeding car. In every channel, our ads reflect the same energy as our product: smart, vibrant, and made for creatives.

How the Bang & Olufsen brand is perceived is vital. It is in the brand experiences we create that we reinforce our values and reveal who we are to the world. What characterises our products is a unique combination of beautiful sound, timeless design, and unrivalled craftsmanship.

Our color palette leads with Punch Red—bold, expressive, and energetic—grounded by Neutral tones and elevated with accents like Aqua, Yellow, and Purple. It’s a system that captures both confidence and creativity. We use Labil Grotesk as our primary typeface—a sans-serif with subtle eccentricity—and Victor Serif for moments of refinement. The typography is airy, intentional, and easy to read—always leaving room for the work to shine. We don’t chase trends or scream for attention. We build deliberately, iterate constantly, and let the product speak. Our brand reflects that: polished yet playful, high-performing yet warm. Because at Playbook, we’re not just designing storage—we’re designing a platform worthy of the world’s best creative work.

We showcase work from real artists using Playbook, giving our feed the feel of a living gallery. Insert your bio here! My journey in design began at a young age, fueled by a fascination with how aesthetics and functionality merge in everyday objects. I pursued formal education in industrial design, where I honed my skills in user-centered design and learned the importance of empathy in creating products that not only look great but also solve real-world problems effectively. Today, as I continue to grow in my career, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what design can achieve, constantly seeking innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and bring joy to their lives.

MINIMAL, BUT FULL OF PERSONALITYOur UI favors a clean layout with lots of breathing room. Typography is functional but friendly, and our icons bring subtle whimsy. Playbook’s interface should always feel lightweight and easy to explore.

📸 Hidden in Plain SightOur community photo competition invited creatives to capture the unnoticed. Hundreds entered, and the results were stunning. On Instagram, we highlighted winners using Playbook’s visual language: soft backgrounds, layered textures, and crisp typography that echoes our platform. A showcase of creativity, through and through.

📍 SF Design Week TakeoverFrom Caltrain to BART to a billboard by the Port of Oakland, Playbook showed up loud, proud, and a little unhinged. Our SF Design Week campaign embraced the chaos of creativity—with bold gradients, ADHD-core energy, and the message: let your ideas go wild—we’ll keep it organized.

To effectively communicate this continuous pursuit of creating only the best, we need to practice it at all touchpoints. That is why we have defined our building blocks and how to use them so anyone can successfully create valuable and consistent brand experiences.

Our symbol is always used in Black to mirror the essence of a simple drawing. To ensure readability and contrast, the symbol size is adjusted based on the color of the background.

NOTE ON THE GUIDELINESA brand guideline is never final. This an evolving document and we as a company and designers (hopefully) become wiser over time, slightly adjusting how we visualise our brand. Major changes will not happen overnight but do revisit from time to time to keep up to date with the current good examples and practices.
