Construction & Interior Design Bridge Campaign

Conceptualized and proposed a first of its kind cross-industry bridge campaign

linking the construction and interior design sectors. Moving past standard community recruitment, I established high-value corporate partnerships that successfully broadened the organization’s reach into complementary industries. This strategic expansion opened new career pipelines for participants, enhanced market engagement, and diversified the organization's network of stakeholders.

Spearheaded a Comprehensive Brand Modernization

Spearheaded a comprehensive brand modernization

I was responsible for spearheading a comprehensive brand modernization which revitalized the organization’s public identity and digital footprint. I directed and designed the creative overhaul of the brand assets. This included the design of a custom modern 'Rosie the Riveter' brand ambassador. I managed the end-to-end development of a new web infrastructure, video content strategy, and promotional merchandising campaigns. This elevated aesthetic increased digital engagement and significantly improved brand recognition across social media.

WINTER Contribution:

Capital Campaign & Event Design

Capital Campaign for Permanent WINTER Building, Gala Planning & Design,

& Coordinated Donations for WINTER Campus

Helped launch a major capital campaign

Kicked off the purchase a new permanent building for WINTER, moving far beyond traditional outreach into event production and strategic planning. For our signature fundraising gala, I managed the event's visual design to ensure the night felt cohesive and impactful for our donors.

I personally designed and built the custom centerpieces and produced all the event signage. On the night of the gala, I also ran our merchandise setup to maximize community support and engagement. To elevate the evening even further, I brought in my frequent collaborators at Studio ZA to custom craft the awards presented to our honorees.

Beyond the events, I stepped up as an interim resource navigator to directly support our participants' critical needs. Every week, I personally coordinated, picked up, and distributed food donations to ensure our students were supported outside the classroom. I also tapped into my professional interior design network to secure material donations to refresh our current training spaces. By blending big-picture strategy with hands-on, community-first execution, I helped drive WINTER's growth while keeping our participants at the center of everything we did.

High-Impact Recruitment & Community Engagement

Opportunity In Recruitment

Built a welcoming, relationship-driven recruitment process to connect women with a free, life-changing construction training program. Rather than focusing solely on enrollment numbers, I prioritized reaching underserved candidates and ensuring they felt supported taking this leap. I designed accessible outreach media and guided applicants step-by-step through the intake process. By building deep partnerships with local shelters, schools, and faith groups, I established a reliable community network that opened doors to financial independence and transformative education.
