Kamilla Photography — Fairy Homes
Fairy Homes is a photo series by Kamilla (k.milla) that finds tiny holes in walls, patches of moss and forgotten corners on city streets and imagines these spaces as homes for fairies. It was entered in Playbook's 2025 Photo Competition, “Hidden in Plain Sight.”
Artist statement
Whenever I walk through the streets and stumble upon a tiny hole in a wall, a patch of moss, or a forgotten corner bursting with life, my imagination comes alive. I see these spaces not as ordinary cracks or weeds, but as hidden doorways, portals to a quieter, enchanted world. I like to think they're homes for fairies, tucked away in plain sight, waiting for someone to notice.
