Why do I want to work on this?I have always had a huge passion towards health and fitness. I've studied biomedical engineering in school and its always drawn me to understand how we can live healthy lives. With the content I create, I want to help like minded people who are interested in similar topics. There is so much noise and saturation online about "what's healthy", "how to lose weight" but there needs to be more content that uses scientific research to inform viewers on these important lifestyle topics.I want to cut through all the noise online, use my engineering background and ask questions, analyze and use scientific reasoning to DECONSTRUCT these topics!

The Why

What is my Idea?

How will the fund help me?The fund can be such a strong support in elevating the quality of my content! The type of content I want to create requires me to read literature on health and fitness, look at books, try out new tools. With the grant these items will become more accessible. With the fund I can purchase...

New filming equipment

camera

c- stand

tripod

money for courses

books

online tools and resources

I love using sticky notes to map out my thoughts and below is some pictures of a recent brain dump I did for this project

My Brainstorm and Mind Dump

Step 1: Past Work

🎨 I love capturing gestures, working in scale and using bold bright colours to represent the subjects i’m using...

Some artworks from my past!

Below I added some screenshots of videos and thumbnails which inspire me and the type of visuals I want to use for my content

Step 2: What do I Want to Create?

🏃‍♀️I started making reels on instagram earlier this year. I wanted to showcase topics of travel, fitness, health and personal growth! 🇹🇭 A big kick start to my instagram content has been travelling in Thailand and showcasing that journey
