Forty Ways to Sunday is an Instagram &amp; TikTok channel that focuses on the art of collecting memories. Specializing in travel art journaling, this channel will share inspiration for journal pages, local recommendations for supplies, paper/ephemera finds and overall travel wanderlust.The channel comes to life through digital content creation (photo and video) whereas the art showcased uses various mediums including journalling, film photography (polaroids), drawing, painting, layout design, mixed media and collage. Drawing inspiration from TikTok accounts like @martina_calvi_ &amp; @isthisreallife.studio.Forty Ways to Sunday is a creative source for inspiration &amp; education for artists and travellers. It is not just a channel, but a community of connected makers with access to the tools they need. One day, the hope is that the channel can connect individuals in-person as well by hosting workshops, retreats and events around the world.

Hi I'm Sam 👋 designer, content creator, traveller, collector and collage-ist. I started in the creative industry after graduating Art School as a Digital Designer for a video production house and slowly found my way into making content for clients. My current day-to-day is spent working in-house making social media videos for a Fortune 500 brand. I love to travel, collect, photograph, record and journal my experiences. Whenever I visit a new place, I buy a notebook, collect every receipt, ticket, food packaging, sticker and random ephemera I can find. When I get home (or sometimes even while I'm still away) I'll catalog my journey in a visual journal. Drawing on my background as a designer, I focus on creating dynamic layouts, letting each memory speak for itself.
