Hello, this is Jeff from SoulStar Music.I grew up singing with bands, DJing, and producing music.Went from Punk Rock to Hip Hop, EDM, and Electronica.Music can transcend cultural boundaries. So for me music is about bringing diverse people together and expressing our common human emotions.I had a weekly DJ gig playing music from the global underground - dance rhythms with global influences from Latin, Indian, Arabic, Celtic, and more. All that mattered was if it had a groove and soul. Brought together an eclectic crowd of breakdancers, latin dancers, and belly dancers.Let the Music PlayHealth challenges took me out of live shows and DJing. But I continued to learn music production.I'm in the hospital a lot. Sometimes while I'm there, I get creative and make beats on my iPhone or iPad. It's been a great way to learn more about production and get my mind off treatments. Now I have a library of beats and musical sketches to complete into finished productions and share with the world.Musical EvolutionI started tinkering around with AI tools for music and art.Instead of dismissing this new technology, I'd like to figure out how I can use it to improve my own creativity and productions and how it can assist with my own personal expressions.I'd like to share what is possible with evolving creative technology and show people how to navigate these new tools.Ultimately the point of this is expression and bringing people together.
