We created a fast-paced teaser designed to capture the attention of founders, operators, and leadership professionals on social media. Using dynamic cuts, impactful subtitles, and visually engaging framing, the teaser introduces key discussion points from the podcast — including scaling culture, leadership pressure, communication challenges, and operational alignment during hypergrowth.
The edit was crafted to maintain a professional yet conversational tone, building curiosity around the full episode while positioning the podcast as a valuable resource for business leaders navigating rapid growth.</a>

<h2>Client Brief: </h2><h2> Create a collage-style animation introducing how people can purchase two-wheelers through easy EMI options from HFL.</h2><h2></h2><h2> Execution: </h2><h3> We developed a relatable story-driven collage animation centered around everyday commuting frustration. The film follows a man struggling with crowded and inconvenient bus travel, gradually building his frustration. HFL then appears as a practical and affordable solution, offering easy EMI plans that make owning a two-wheeler accessible. The animation transitions from chaos to convenience, visually reinforcing freedom, comfort, and affordability through dynamic collage motion and engaging storytelling.</h3><h2></h2>

Hi Kuber here, a Nepal-based motion designer with 3–4 years of experience crafting visually engaging content for brands and digital platforms. My work focuses on blending strong design with purposeful animation to create clear, impactful storytelling. From social media content to TVCs, I aim to deliver motion that not only looks good but communicates effectively.

Global IME Bank reached out to us to produce a documentary film centered around their CSR initiative. The project followed a medical team traveling across different districts of Nepal to provide free eye treatment services to local communities. We began the process with extensive research, studying how different documentary styles, pacing, textures, and visual treatments could influence the emotional impact of the story. One of the key creative directions was achieving an authentic journalism-inspired aesthetic — something that felt grounded, human, and observational rather than overly commercial. To achieve that, we experimented with different textures, overlays, typography systems, framing techniques, and motion treatments to create a raw documentary atmosphere with a cinematic edge. Based on this direction, we developed the visual language, designed the animatics, and structured the storytelling flow. The production pipeline included: Research and documentary-style visual developmentJournalism-inspired texture and motion explorationAnimatics and scene planning in PhotoshopAnimations in Adobe After Effects Sound design and music composition in FL Studio The final outcome aimed to balance emotional storytelling with a refined cinematic presentation, helping communicate the real-world impact of the CSR campaign in a visually immersive way.
