Artist statement

During the Ga people's Homowo Festival in Accra, I captured more than tradition—I focused on the beauty of self-expression. These images highlight bold fashion, pride, and individuality often overlooked. From elders to youth, each person shows up as themselves, confidently and creatively. Hidden in Plain Sight celebrates the quiet brilliance of the people, reminding us that identity and culture live in everyday moments.
