Jhoanna Enriquez Imagination Fund Application — Community Events

Artist statement

I want to hold space for myself and others to share everything related to life. Included but not limited to how we work through difficult emotions and feelings, lessons we’re learning, mindsets that we want to change. This is a self-development project and also a community event. I aim to hold in person events in San Francisco with programming that helps people explore their relationship with themself while also connecting to like minded humans on a similar path. A space to explore. Activities at these events would include space for mindfulness, yoga, journaling, connecting through conversations and more. I will write about my story to connect deeper with myself, create videos to connect with others, and plan in-person events to fulfill this project that’s been in my heart for the past few years.
