Pro is for solo freelancers or small projects that need powerful storage, advanced sharing features

Team is for small or growing teams that requires more flexible permissions, collaboration and limited AI-powered features (search, tagging, and more!)

Enterprise is for large and global teams that need org-ready controls like unlimited members, view-only roles, SSO, white-glove onboarding, and API/SDK access.

Plans apply per workspace you're the Owner of. If you own multiple workspaces, you can update them independently. Allowing you to manage projects and teams separately.

Yes! Playbook is available on web, and also has mobile apps for both iOS and Android. On the desktop side, we also offer a Desktop Sync app (two-way syncing is available to Paid plans only).

Yes! Just head to your workspace's Settings page and click on Billing to view your current plan and manage your subscription. Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Free: The Free plan includes 300 total assets or 100GB of storage, whichever comes first. Once you hit either limit, you'll need to upgrade to Pro, Team, or Enterprise to keep adding new files.

Pro, Team or Enterprise: You can keep working with no interruption. If your workspace exceeds its included storage, we automatically add additional storage in 1TB increments for $25/month.
Any existing files will remain accessible and downloadable anytime even after your workspace is over the limit.

You can upload nearly any file type to Playbook, we supports virtually all common formats for images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, TIFF, etc.), videos (MP4 MOV, AVI, etc.), audio (MP3, WAV, etc.), documents (PDF, PSD, AI, etc.), and more.

Free: Up to 300 files can be uploaded. Video uploads are capped at 2GB per file, with a 10GB limit per download session.
Pro: No upload limits, with up to 100GB per download session
Team/Enterprise: No upload limits, with up to 1000GB per download session

Keep in mind that these limits will not get in the way of your normal workflow, just to protect us and our community from abuse.

Mini-apps are built-in tools, made available right inside your workspace via our partnership with Photoroom, Picsart, etc. With mini-apps, you can access everything you need to complete your projects without ever leaving Playbook. Included in Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans.

Playbook prioritizes security with encryption at rest, two-factor authentication, secure backups, and malware scanning. We use industry-standard encryption so that your files are private, unless explicitly shared with others.
