By participating in Playbook Referral Program (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Playbook may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these terms. If you are the person inviting friends, you are a "referrer" under these terms, and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a "referee."
Eligibility and Overview
- You may participate in this Program as a referrer until the Program is terminated or modified by Playbook. If you refer a referee prior to Playbook’s termination or modification of the program, you and such referees will still be eligible to earn the reward described below even if the referee does not fulfill the Reward Criteria (defined below) before such termination or modification.
- To be eligible to earn rewards through the Program, each referrer and referee must have (or sign up for, in the case of referees) a Playbook account in good standing (“Valid Account”) at the time of participation through when his/her/their reward(s) are issued.
- A referrer may refer a referee by entering their email(s), as provided by Playbook (“Invitation”).
- Sign up for a Valid Account for the first time via the invite sent by the referrer. To be eligible, referee’s email used to sign up cannot have been previously associated with a Playbook account. Signing up for a Valid Account may require certain actions to verify the Valid Account and is subject to the our Terms of Service and Community Guideline; and
- Referee has signed up and created at least 1 or more playbook(s)
Limits on Invites
Playbook Invitation should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your Playbook Invitations. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their invitations. If two or more referrers invite the same referee, Playbook will confirm the invite to the person who has their Invitation accepted first, as determined in Playbook's sole discretion.
Rewards

The referrer will be able to claim one (1) non-fungible token (limited editions) once he/she/they have successfully invited 3 referees. The referrer will be solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise as a result of receiving the non-fungible token. If winner cannot accept prize as specified by Playbook, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate person
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Playbook.com website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
