Small Business - Licensing Terms

License Agreement

This License Agreement is between the Licensee, who is an individual person or legal entity, and Playbook (Playbook Digital Inc.) on behalf of the Creator (owner and seller).

Definition

This is an individual license for Business use (as defined below) only, and the Licensed Asset may be used and accessed (as permitted in this License Agreement) only by a single individual person or legal entity, who is the Licensee indicated at the time of purchase.

Business use is any use that promotes or supports a business (e.g., sole proprietorship, corporation, or partnership), product, or service, but does not involve an exchange of money or other consideration.

Permitted Uses and Quantity of Impressions

Any End Use for Business use must: (i) be significantly different than the original Licensed Asset, (ii) require time, effort, and skill to produce and (iii) not derive its primary value from the Licensed Asset itself.

End Products

✅  Digital Products for Business Use: Licensee may create digital end products for promotion of a business such as static designs, static website elements, animated designs or videos, and animated website elements.

✅  Digital or Print Publications for Business Use: Licensee may create digital or print publications for promotion of a business such as internal slide decks, business cards, and flyers.

✅  Social Media: Licensee may create content for personal or business social media accounts.

Quantity Limitations: For all end products, the number of impressions covered by this License Agreement is a maximum of 500 views per month.

Prohibited Uses

Nothing in this License Agreement grants Licensee any of the following rights.

🚫 Resale or sub-licensing the Licensed Asset or any modification of it in source file form.

🚫 Resale or sub-licensing the Licensed Asset in a way that directly competes with the original Licensed Asset.

🚫 Falsely representing as the Creator of the Licensed Asset or claiming ownership of the Licensed Asset.
